  1. I am SO glad that Paul V. Johnson’s talk from this last conference is included! It was my absolute favorite and really touched me when I heard it. There was a lot of very personal moments in it that I could relate to. Can’t wait to study it again, as well as all these other talks. :)

  2. “Continue in Patience” is one of my favorites talks EVER. I love how he talks about patience being an active process, something that requires effort and enduring. Sooo perfect for me and for the efy theme. This fits very well with teaching the youth about goal-setting, because goals truly require faith and patience, especially when you cannot always see direct results of your effort. I cannot wait to share what I have learned with the youth!

    • I totally agree. I love how you compared it to goal setting an how it requires patience–so often it is overlooked because the first thought with “waiting” would be associated with chastity. I like how you also pointed out goal setting, I hadn’t made that correlation. Thank you, I really liked your thought.

  3. Can we please add this talk to the list as well

I feel like every EFY counselor should read this talk every Summer…. especially me :)
